HUNGARIAN SMALL PLANE CROSSES THE ATLANTIC OCEAN

ON 18 AUGUST 2022, MAGNUS AIRCRAFT’S TWO-SEAT, LIGHT AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF FROM PÉCS-POGÁNY AIRPORT TO FLY ACROSS 9 COUNTRIES AND THE ATLANTIC OCEAN TO THE COMPANY’S US HEADQUARTERS IN FLORIDA. THIS TYPE OF SMALL AIRCRAFT HAS NEVER MADE SUCH A LONG JOURNEY FROM HUNGARY.

 

In the first transatlantic ferry flight in the company’s aviation history, the outstanding performance of this ultra-light, unique-looking, single-engine aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 600kg serves to highlight the potential of the Hungarian minds with its worldwide reputation.
